Mr. Diaz originated his first loan in 1998, and by 2001, he was a seasoned multi-million dollar producer. In 2003, Mr. Diaz opened up his first mortgage company which became one of the largest independent mortgage companies in South Florida. In 2008, Mr. Diaz was awarded top mortgage lender by the Latin Builder’s Association and won the President’s award for 2 years straight from the Builder’s Association of South Florida.
After a 5-year stint working as Vice-President with local and national banks. Orlando opened Metro Fund Inc. in August of 2014. Mr. Diaz has positioned Metro Fund as one of the most diverse, independent mortgage companies in South Florida with access to every lending program for residential and commercial lending. During his current tenure at Metro Fund, Mr. Diaz has presided over unprecedented year over year growth in the residential market and has made Metro Fund Inc, the lender of choice for the commercial/development community in South Florida.
Mr. Diaz served as an Executive Committee Member/Vice-President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals and served as President of the Miami Chapter. His tenure at FAMP was highlighted with government affairs efforts in Tallahassee and Washington DC. Besides the numerous speaking engagements and community involvements, Mr. Diaz is a father of 2 and a graduate of St. Brendan High School in Miami, FL and Loyola University in New Orleans.

As an owner of Metro Fund, he plans to make the company a leader in the industry. He is a father of two girls and a University of Louisville alumni.

Jenny serves dual functions for Metro Fund Inc. She serves as Director of Operations handling all functions of the front and back office including processing, IT and management and she also serves as a licensed contract processor. Jenny is President and Owner of GBE Financial LLC., a Licensed Mortgage Broker Company since 2009. Jenny has more than 20 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lending and development. She earned her A.A. from MDCC College and has extensive knowledge in Loan Processing, Underwriting, Mortgage Compliance and Loss Mitigation Analyst. She’s also been working as a Contract Freelance Paralegal and assisted attorneys as an Expert Witness for many Foreclosure Court Cases.

Loyda is the Loan Processor for Metro Fund Inc. She joined the company in 2020 and jumped right in during a period of company growth. She is the company’s main processor handling mostly all conventional and non-prime loans. Her previous experience as a processor for a mortgage lender has helped her smooth transition to her new role. Loyda brings knowledge and consistency to her position and has helped streamline the company’s process flow. She is an expert at prequalifying new clients and can determine the best loan programs for all clients she serves.

With over 40 years of invaluable Banking expertise, Richard joined Metro Fund Inc. in 2023 as a Residential & Commercial loan Originator. His journey in the Banking industry began humbly as a Teller at Republic National Bank, where he steadily climbed the ranks and progressed from Teller to Head Teller, Operations Officer, Head of Operations, and ultimately Branch Manager.
During his tenure at Republic National, Richard honed in on his skills in financial relations by attending the prestigious Stonier Graduate School of Banking and graduated with Honors— a testament to his commitment to excellence. Transitioning seamlessly to Union Planters Bank and later Regions Bank, he broadened his scope post-graduate degree by establishing his proficiency in Mortgage Banking.
In 2010, Richard embarked on a pivotal chapter in his career, joining City National Bank as Vice President and spearheading Residential Mortgage with the Private Client Group. For 13 years, he played a pivotal role, leveraging his expertise to drive success and client satisfaction in Mortgage Banking, driving over $800 Million in loans.
Now, as part of Metro Fund Inc, Richard continues his legacy of excellence, drawing on his extensive background in Banking, Residential and Commercial Mortgage Lending. Renowned for his professionalism and hands-on approach, he remains dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to his clients.
